i'm a dick

I practiced with the band I joined again tonight. The music is great but the vocals are terrible.

I didn't really know how to say it without being a dick, so I just said it.

"I like your guitar playing a whole lot better than I like your vocals." I said. "I hope I don't sound like a dick."

"No that's cool," the guitar player said "I'm not opposed to someone else singing"

"Cool" I felt relieved.

"Dick!" the drummer said.
