part black man
I am so lazy about washing my clothes. I have been wearing this pair of jeans for days on end now, and I am so far down in my clean clothes that I wore a shirt tonight that was missing two buttons. My chest hair was visible.My friend Tom Vines made fun of me for being so white. Tom's a black man, so he doesn't have the hard won farmer's tan that I do. His is less pronounced anyway.
He's told me before that he thinks I must be part black man, but I think he's referring to my attitude. I consider it high praise.
