huge purple monkey
on the way to work there is a furniture liquidation place over to the left of the freeway. It's a pretty unremarkable building, except that there lives on top of it an enormous inflatable monkey.The monkey is purple, and has huge friendly arms spread wide to entice furniture buyers. I love that monkey.
Today, however, I noted that someone had allowed my friend the monkey to go a little low on air. He was slumped over on his side.
I want to sneak up on top of that building and hug that poor, limp purple monkey, and let him know that it'll be okay. I might try stopping in on my way home and asking them to give him a shot of air.
What I really want is a huge monkey like that for a friend. We would rule this town!
